what da heck does that "quick reply" mean? is that like pressing "reply" button which pops up a small window where I put my message or is it something else?

I used to have the iPhone but I switched to Verizon when the iPhone 4 came out--didn't care for its hardware design, or for the dropped calls on AT&T. I've stayed away from the iPhone since its release on Verizon, too; I still don't care for the hardware design. We'll see what happens with iPhone 5, I guess.

Who needs a phone with a touch screen? Unless Apple wants to only sell a $500+ phone which most people would not throw down the cash for, this will most likely never happen.
Just imagine what the cost of one of these screens would cost, and how much it would cost to get replaced if it broke.

Okay, this one I doubt....why would you want to tie a phone into iChat? Instant messaging is on almost or available to every phone sold within the last 2 years or so. I don't see why that would bee something Apple would want to advertise when a lot of run-of-the-mill phones can do it.

Some of the features are free--however the iCal integration is not. In fact, it costs something like $20--$5-10 and I mighta bought it.
Yeah I've been playing with it and the amount of cool stuff it does for free is more then their website makes it sound like. A definite must have!

Why, what good does it do, does it bring back the people who where killed? Or if your goal is just to keep him from doing it again then wouldn't locking him up for life do the trick?
No, it's just principle. Some people just need to be "removed" from the world. It's as simple as that. Like if you rape a baby for example, i think you pretty much just stripped yourself of your right to be alive. Euthanize them like a dog, why not? And also, you don't know if some judge 50 years in the future will release them for good behavior and so they can "die in peace".

I wouldn't suspect the PSU as source of KPs. Never happened in my years of experience with Macs (about few hundreds of units I had in my hands). Ticking sound it's separate issue IMO. Firstly I'd remove all but 1 stick of RAM. If you have more than one, test all separately. HDD (or corrupted files on it) would be a second suspect.
