I believe it is a bad thing that the loan from Indian banks does not show up on US credit reports. Also people should disclose what all current loan payments they are making before they can take up a new loan. Otherwise it would be lying.

1) Print the completed form 9089 from the SEVIS website, and have the lawyer sign it.
2) Attach it to the letter stating that labor has been certified.

If they are staying on a resident or employment visa in UAE they have to apply at the US Embassy in Dubai. If they are on a visit visa in UAE, they have to apply at the appropriate US Consulate in India.

Does your RFE for paystubs have any time-bound constraint on it? Meaning, do you have to respond within certain period of time, or can you take indefinite time in responding.
The reason I am asking is because there can be different solutions for these two different scenarios.

My understanding is that once you I-485 gets approved, the H4 gets invalided. She needs an AP to return.
I have read at many forums that at the POE, the officer may not be able to see if the H4 has been invalided or not and may allow her to get in with H4. But if that happens, I think she will be in big trouble . As you know, it's always our responsibility to maintain status and act accordingly. This is why most of the lawyers suggest to carry AP.

Going after employers to tackle the undocumented employees seems a better way of dealing with this issue of immigration than going after illegal immigrants. They are coming here only because they can find jobs.........and some of the employers exploit them too.

He need to file LCA according to these job title.

The thing is the company where I work is ready to sponsor me. They only don't know which occupation to write for me in order to be eligible for H1B.

Green card is for future employment. When the company files your labor it mentions and shows that it can support the wages for that position.
Example
If the wages mentioned in the labor is 80K and you are getting paid 70K then the IO might want to see if the company is making 10K in profit so that they can pay you 80K.
So if your current employer is making a profit => your prevailing wage then
you are good.
This is what my lawyer told me...you talk to yours

I was advised by my lawyer that entering on h1 does not affect a pending 485 AOS application.
So I entered on H1.
No issues encountered.
